Who or what can stop Chuck Norris?

No one can stop Chuck Norris. Now the government has a plan, but it has to go through Chuck Norris before in can go into effect. You see Chuck Norris does not pay the government, the government pays him. If Chuck Norris is about to go off the deep end then the end would move just out of respect. There was a rumor the Chuck Norris had made a mistake and the CIA and FBI came out and said that was a false rumor. The only time Chuck Norris was close to being wrong was when he thought he might have made a mistake.
