Best Buy warrany is Bullshit and a Scam!!!?

I used to work at Future Shop and we had the same warranty. Was it physical damage? With anything they send back on the first three repairs it will always be refurbished (not your own, usually it is someone else's fixed item). We called it the "no lemon" guarantee. If you have problems with it keep bringing it back. Hopefully you can get it sent out twice more before your year left of warranty is up. Apple also has wierd policys about what they will and won't fix on an ipod, and when they'll do it, but I'm not familiar with it myself, as I sold the warranty on xboxs, ps3s, etc. Other than that, you should try to contact someone higher in Apple directly. When they give you a refurbished unit it should at least LOOK like the same unit you sent out, shouldn't it?
