I am worried about my friend and her 6 1/2 year old child, can child services or another org. help them?

She is n her mid 20s & signed a doent for her mom to help w/her child while she was goin 2 college. She lied to her abt what the doc.was4, They are in the mid.of things til court. Child was diagnosed w/Aspergers (sp?)Ltr. Her parents & her had a back & 4rth relationshp, she burried the hatchet , decided 2 allow them 2 be n her kids life. Her step-dad used 2 beat her. He got caught by DHS & SCAN here n Arkansas & after court they found him guilty, he was put on the child abuse list. She left home@age18/they tried to adopt 1 of their own kids (she finds this out now doing research on them for court) & couldn't b/c he is on the list, even tried 2x's to get foster parent certif. 2 be foster parnts. Thy even tried to get him off of the list.DENIED evrytime. Thy R tryin to use his Aspergers as a reason 4 keepin them apart til court n prob will the day of 2. Her mom is the only1 on the doc.on purpose.Can any1 giv xtra help 2 her get rdy 4 court,or help her kid? She has a lawyer but broke.
