INTERNET CONNECTION PROBLEM plss HELP!?

I have a windows Vista on my laptop, i use wireless internet, but whenever i try to connect on the internet (which has signal) it keeps saying "Connection Unsuccessful if you are trying to connect to a wireless hotspot, you might need to open a web browser to finish connecting" its so annoying i can't connect to the internet :( and also it says this "The network adapter "Realtek RTL8139\819x Family Fast Ethernet NIC is experiencing driver or hardware related issues" guys i really need your help. I appreciate the help thanks.
