Do you think i have appendicitis?

my lower right stomach right above my crotch a little to right hurts kind of. well it doesnt really hurt, it just feels like a baloon expanding whenever i take a dump. it gets all ballonny and expandable and sore and stuff. do you thinki have appendicitis? if yes, then what do i do? if i dont, then what will happen?
