I'm not sure if this guy likes me? (read the description)?

Well basically there's this guy in my cl who I like. He's the kinda guy who alwas touches the girls as a joke, but he always touches me the most, by far. He always takes the piss out of most girls for their problems, but there is me and one other girl when he doesn't. He sometimes calls me "mamma" and hugs me loads. I'm taller than him, and it's awkward hugging him, because he shrinks down to be by my chest... I think. Help me please? I'm so confused :(
