I'm worried that I will not get accepted into Grad school, so what can I do with a BS in health science?

I have about 1 and 1/2 left of undergrad school. My focus is to be an occupational therapist, but my grades is not the best, so just in case I don"t get accepted into Grad school, I want to know what can I do with just a BS in health science?
