Do you think that in order for people to get help from Welfare (the state)...?

they should be able to p MULTIPLE RANDOM drug tests? I know a lot of parents who are on welfare take advantage and some do drugs, would it be fair to the children to take it from the parents because they are idiots? Or take the children and put them into dhs custody?
