Can a 35mm adapter be put on a Canon Vixia HF M300?

hi I'm in the market looking for a quality camcorder but i need for the camera to be able to use a 35 mm camera adapter does any one one know if i can use an adapter on this model if i cant then would you have any recommendations for an hd camera that can use a 35mm adapter.
