What is it called when a romantic couple cuts off all domestic relations with the opposite ?

I am very romantic and more so seriouse about relationships. I myself cutt off any and all females from my life except family and close friends of family when in a seriouse relationship. I also require my partner to agree and fallow threw in the same way. What is that called?
