Does anyone know what these Seattle trees are?

Does anyone know what type of tree lines I5 on its NB approach to Seattle? They are evergreen-ish and have needles that droop/sag rather than stick straight out. Often times the top of the tree will tip slightly over. My best guess is western hemlock but I was hoping to hear more.
