Can evil spirits fallow someone?

Well Im sure it sounds crazy but, Ive been having these weir feelings like someone is watching me all the time. Ive seen some one in my house, and the other day when I was in cl some things happened that's hard to explain. But now there is stuff happening more often and Im worried.
